REFUND POLICY

Please understand that once Student UA has provided the ability and support necessary to process your application we have provided a valuable service and deserve compensation. A full or partial refund may be available under certain conditions, as listed below. If you feel your case deserves special consideration, email us at [email protected] and explain your situation. All refund requests will be processed within 72 hours.

I. A full refund (Excludes government fees) is available on study visa invitation if all of the following are true:

  1. It is not more than 24 hours since your purchase.
  2. You have not reached the 100% completion point as indicated by our records.
  3. You have not made use of our support assets by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.

II. A full refund (Excludes government fees) is also available if one of the following conditions exist:

  1. Sickness/death of the applicant or their family member who was supposed to travel together with the passenger: to the application you should attach the medical/death certificate*, the document which confirms the fact of family connection between the applicant, not more than 24 hours since your purchase.

III. A partial refund may be available, at our discretion if all of the following are true:

  1. It is not more than 24 hours since your purchase.
  2. You have not reached the 100% completion point, as indicated by our records.
  3. You have not made use of our support assets by asking questions, other than questions about our service and policies.
  4. You request a refund in writing through an internal support message or Mail.

IV. The following is a partial list of circumstances that specifically do not entitle the user to a refund. This is not an exhaustive list and many other situations may exist that would not entitle you to receive a full or partial refund:

  1. You have used your invitation to apply for a visa
  2. It has been more than  72 hours since your purchase.
  3. If your visa denied due to false or incorrect information

V. Regarding Government Fees

You are not eligible for a refund of that amount in any circumstance.

VI. Refund

All refunds will be issued through the bank. 

 

If you wish to request a refund, email us at [email protected] indicating the following;

Your reason for the request.
Your full names (as appears in your passport).
Your unique transaction ID.
The email was used to make the registration on this website.
If you have not received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account to be sure that the money has not been added to your account.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
